About the Role As a Sip Ambassador , you’re the face of Unbottled.You make customers feel welcome, guide them to the right products, and keep the store looking amazing.You’re part of the frontline team that delivers the lifestyle experience — good vibes, great service, and real care. What You’ll Do Greet and assist customers with product information and recommendations. Handle transactions, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently. Execute store opening, closing, and daily housekeeping routines. Maintain stock displays, replenish shelves, and keep the store visually fresh. Support with stock take and inventory accuracy. Escalate customer issues or special requests to the Supervisor when needed. Participate in store events, promotions, and visual merchandising refreshes.
