Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Management Lead, mentor, and manage a team of handphone repair technicians. Schedule shifts and assign tasks to ensure efficient workflow. Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team environment. Technical Operations & Quality Control Oversee the diagnosis, repair, and quality testing of all devices (iPhones, Android phones, tablets, etc.). Serve as the final point of escalation for complex repairs and technical challenges. Implement and enforce strict quality control standards for all repairs. Ensure all repairs are completed within the promised timeframe. Inventory & Supply Management Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment. Forecast parts needs and place orders with suppliers to avoid shortages. Control inventory costs and minimize waste. Training & Development Develop and conduct ongoing training programs for technicians on new repair techniques, new phone models, and safety procedures. Stay up-to-date with the latest technological trends and repair methodologies. Customer Service Handle customer inquiries and concerns related to technical issues, providing expert explanations and solutions. Work with the front desk/sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience. Process Improvement Analyze repair data to identify trends, common issues, and opportunities for improvement. Develop and optimize repair processes to increase efficiency and reduce turnaround time. Qualifications & Requirements Proven experience (min. (e.g., 3-5) years) as a senior mobile phone technician, with at least (e.g., 2) years in a supervisory or team lead role. Expert-level knowledge of hardware and software repair for a wide range of smartphones (Apple iPhone, Samsung, Huawei, Xiaomi, etc.). Strong proficiency in micro-soldering, board-level repair, and component replacement. Experience with inventory management and supply chain ordering. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A customer-centric mindset. Preferred Qualifications Relevant technical certifications (e.g., Apple AST, Samsung Certification, etc.). Experience using repair management software. #J-18808-Ljbffr
