As a Personal Banking Advisor , you will provide clients with personalised financial guidance and support, helping them make informed decisions to secure their financial well-being.

Role Overview

In this client-facing role, you will advise individuals on a range of financial solutions. You'll be supported with comprehensive training and development to equip you with the knowledge and confidence to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their financial goals
  • Recommend appropriate financial solutions based on client needs
  • Provide clear and professional product information
  • Drive sales activities and meet individual performance targets
  • Assist clients with applications and ensure accurate documentation
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines
  • Stay current with product offerings, market trends, and best practices
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
  • Confident in presenting solutions and building client trust
  • No prior experience in banking or finance is required – full training will be provided
