Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Programs Specialist to join our dynamic HR/Talent Acquisition team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in enhancing our hiring processes, optimizing our talent pipeline, and strengthening our employer brand. Responsibilities
  • Analyze existing recruitment workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Design, develop, and implement streamlined and scalable hiring processes to enhance candidate experience and recruiter efficiency.
  • Conduct data-driven analysis of our talent pipeline, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities for proactive sourcing.
  • Utilize recruitment analytics to provide insights and recommendations for improving recruitment effectiveness.
  • Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with external recruitment vendors (e.g., sourcing tools, external agencies, etc.).
  • Manage and create content for various employer branding channels (e.g., career page, social media, industry events, university partnerships).
  • Lead or support various talent acquisition projects, such as internship programs, campus hiring, or diversity & inclusion initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or a similar role, with a focus on process improvement and program management.
  • Proven experience in designing and optimizing recruitment processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and facilitate complex hiring discussions.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for creating exceptional candidate and hiring experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, can influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in vendor management is a plus.
