We are looking for you, Maintenance Execution Leadto our Maintenance team in the Singapore Tuas Refinery. You will focus on safe, quality, on time execution of Maintenance and Turnarounds/Shutdowns. In this job you will work closely with Maintenance sub-teams and various departments in the organization.In our team, you will be leading and managing a multi-discipline team of field engineers and supervisors to deliver maintenance, maintenance project & turnaround/shutdowns. You will also manage the maintenance budget and improve execution productivity, reliability and cost. Maintenance budget management within assigned amount to accommodate for preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance. Drive improvement to improve execution productivity, equipment reliability and deliver cost saving. Adopt digitalization tools and methods to improve the way of working.
