Working location: nearby Labrador Park MRT Station

Working hour: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, be ready with onsite standby support (depends on work, random cases)

Full time Role

The personnel should ideally have the following requirements (Job Summary):

• Possess good experience providing L1 support and maintenance of critical IT network infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with network and security devices such as Firewall (Check Point and Palo Alto), F5 Load Balancer, Cisco Routers (2800 series), Cisco Catalyst switches (3700, 4500 series), Alcatel-Lucent OmniSwitch (6850, 9000 series), Aruba ClearPass.
• Responsible for day-to-day operations and administration on network security infrastructure.
• Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of network equipment and network operating system.
• Responsible for network design and security, particularly troubleshooting and/or debugging network-related problems.
• Good knowledge of troubleshooting, problem identification, problem resolution, and/or resolution recommendations to first- and second-level teams.
• Managing Cisco security devices (ASA appliances 5555-X and 5585-X), Juniper NetScreen (including virtual firewall contexts), Checkpoint Firewalls.
• Managing Cisco Data Security Devices; ASDM, CSM, and DCNM.
• Managing servers and related services (AAA, SNMP, Syslog, NTP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, load balancers, F5).
• Managing Cisco Routers and Switches Catalyst 6500, 4500, 3700, 2960, 3560 Series; Alcatel OmniSwitch.
• Significant exposure to TACACS+, RADIUS, and Cisco Access Control System.
• Network consulting for new projects; implementation of new solutions and risk mitigation techniques.
• Receipt, evaluation, and implementation of inbound Network Access user and device provisioning/de-provisioning service requests.
• Experience in managing Wireless Environment with WLAN Controller and Network Access Control.
• Assets risk measurement and mitigation/minimize risk; network security issue-resolving approach.
• Alignment with the security governance team; maintenance of the network authorization infrastructure and network backup system.
• Maintains inventory of equipment and parts and documents vendor activities.
• Develop and document standards for computer and network devices; recommend repairs to LAN/WAN and notify users of maintenance impacts.
• Strong networking background with the ability to troubleshoot both access control and network-related problems.
• Troubleshoot networks, systems, and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and support internal users.
