Job Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate the hotel's food and beverage business activities such as sales, customer services, promotions etc.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction are met through high quality and consistent food standards and services.

  • Ensure quality relating to presentation, supervision and control of food & beverage service so as to maximize profit and customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure that mise-en-place/side station is all set up with food items, non-food items such as crockery and chinaware before the shift commences.

  • Replenish supplies and linen.

  • Meet, greet and lead guests to their seats.

  • Take food and beverage orders and serve them.

  • Present and process payment bills.

  • Perform any other job tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of working experience in any F&B-related field.

  • Outgoing, meticulous and service-oriented.
