Key Responsibility Areas Manage and respond to public and client enquiries related to clinical and counselling services and programmes, at the front desk, via email, and over the phone. Attend to clients at the Centre and assist them with the completion of required forms. Coordinate and update the scheduling of counselling sessions, including the booking of counselling rooms for staff and clients. Update and maintain counselling case data accurately and securely. Prepare and submit programme KPIs accurately and on time to external agencies. Manage the safe-keeping, storage, and retrieval of counselling case files. Assist in the procurement, requisition, and purchase of items required for clinical and counselling services and programmes. Handle IT-related matters pertaining to clinical and counselling operations. Manage financial and payment processes related to counselling, training, and programme services. Issue official receipts and ensure proper documentation of payments received. Work with the Finance Department to ensure proper handover and reconciliation of all payments. Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Clinical Lead. Requirements Diploma in a relevant field. 3–5 years of relevant work experience in within social service agencies or IPC charities. Excellent organisational and planning abilities. Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills. Passionate about stakeholder engagement with strong interpersonal skills. Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables).
