Overview

You will be responsible for all operational activities within the Enterprise Risk Management function. Your role includes preparing and implementing the Enterprise Risk Management framework, and designing and implementing internal control systems. You will identify control weaknesses, document deficiencies, and develop recommendations for risk mitigation and improvement. You will also be responsible for the preparation and maintenance of Risk Registers (RCSA), conducting regular reviews of business processes to identify control gaps, and communicating methodologies for risk mitigation.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and implement the Enterprise Risk Management framework and design internal control systems.
  • Identify control weaknesses, document deficiencies, and develop recommendations for risk mitigation and improvement.
  • Prepare and maintain Risk Registers (RCSA); conduct regular reviews of business processes to identify control gaps.
  • Communicate methodologies for risk mitigation to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Update the Enterprise Risk Policy to accommodate changing regulatory and strategic scenarios.
  • Assist Principal Risk Owners in identifying key risks and mitigating controls.
  • Prepare and present reports for various committees within the organization.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have a graduate degree in finance, management, risk management, or a related field from a reputable institute. Additionally, certifications such as FRM, CFA, CBCP, and similar qualifications will be preferred. You should have 10-12 years of experience in a similar role and possess knowledge and understanding of the Exchange ecosystem and operations.

Role Summary

Overall, your role as a Senior Manager/AVP in Enterprise Risk & Governance will involve overseeing the implementation of risk management frameworks, internal control systems, and risk mitigation strategies across the organization to ensure effective risk management and governance practices.
