Responsibilities

  • Rebuild the member portal using modern web technologies, ensuring seamless integration with SmartSuite backend.
  • Implement calendar functionality for member scheduling and event management.
  • Develop group chat features to replace the existing Telegram channel, fostering community engagement.
  • Embed AI-driven support tools trained on extensive transcript data to assist members with content and membership inquiries.
  • Ensure robust security, scalability, and maintainability of the new portal.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance post-migration.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in web development, particularly with migration projects and building member portals.
  • Proficiency with Bubble, Supabase, and integration with backend platforms such as SmartSuite.
  • Strong understanding of authentication, user management, and secure data handling.
  • Experience implementing chat and calendar functionalities.
  • Familiarity with embedding AI tools and working with large datasets for content support.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, document processes, and collaborate on long-term projects.
