Manager / Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner Mandai Nature is a successful Singapore-based non‑profit conservation organisation jointly set up by Temasek and Mandai Wildlife Group (MWG). Mandai Nature is the conservation arm of MWG and was established to advance biodiversity protection efforts in Singapore and Asia. Role Overview The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a generalist HR professional and work closely with MWG’s Human Capital Management (HCM) Department to manage the full spectrum of HR functions for Mandai Nature. This role supports the review, development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, processes and systems to meet organisational goals. The HRBP will also partner with internal stakeholders to address manpower needs, provide guidance on HR matters and oversee day‑to‑day HR operations. Key Responsibilities Partner closely with MWG’s HCM Department to align HR policies, practices and strategies to achieve overall business objectives, vision and values. Work with MWG’s HCM Centre of Excellence teams (training, development, shared services, payroll, talent acquisition) to support business needs. Provide HR input and guidance in workforce planning, talent management, succession planning and employee engagement. Manage employee relations issues, ensuring fair treatment, resolving conflicts and promoting a positive inclusive work environment. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions and lead recruitment efforts. Support onboarding of new hires. Provide support in compensation reviews and annual salary/bonus exercises. Ensure timely renewal and administration of group insurance policies and staff benefit schemes. Work with Mandai Nature CEO and DVP Finance & Governance to prepare and manage staff cost budgets and forecasts, monitor utilisation and liaise with the payroll team on monthly payroll costs. Lead and/or support HR projects, initiatives and functional portfolios to support overall HR workplan. Undertake other projects or duties as assigned. Education and Qualifications Degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline. Minimum 8 years of professional experience as an HR generalist or in HR Business Partnering. Good understanding of the Singapore Employment Act. Experience with non‑profit organisations is an advantage. Skills Attention to detail. Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
