Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Securization & DCM transactions

We are working on behalf of a confidential client to identify an exceptional finance leader with proven expertise in securitization and debt capital markets (DCM) transactions to join their senior management team as Chief Financial Officer . This role can be based in either Singapore or Indonesia.

About the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) opportunity

This is a unique chance to step into a pivotal leadership role at a high-growth, globally minded technology business. A wide range of day-to-day responsibilities could include:

  • Lead and execute securitization transactions and other structured financing initiatives
  • Oversee the company’s capital markets activity , including debt issuance, refinancing, and investor relations
  • Partner with the CEO and executive team on long-term financial strategy and business planning
  • Build and maintain relationships with banks, investors, and rating agencies
  • Manage the company’s treasury, liquidity, and cash flow to ensure resilience and growth
  • Lead financial reporting, controls, and compliance to support operations
  • Identify opportunities to optimize the balance sheet and unlock additional funding capacity
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team

The CFO will play a central role in shaping the company’s financial strategy, optimizing capital structures, and driving value creation through securitization and other structured finance solutions

Skills and experience needed
  • A minimum of 15-years' experience
  • Deep experience in securitization and debt capital market transactions
  • A background gained in banks or lending-related companies (fintech lenders, specialty finance firms, asset-backed lenders, or similar)
  • Strong track record in financial leadership, capital raising, and stakeholder management
  • Strategic vision combined with the ability to execute in complex and dynamic markets
