Job Description: Ability to read, analyze, understand, and interpret design and construction documents and drawings (Archi, C&S and MEP). Utilize BIM to increase the team’s understanding of problems and solutions, and assist the construction and field team in solving issues throughout the project. BIM coordination and preparation of shop drawings, crash reports and quantity take off. Perform routine assignments requiring a thorough knowledge of BIM software (mostly Revit and Navisworks) standards, practices and techniques. Develop increased proficiency in system operation with a resulting increase in productivity, and learns how to use all software options. Create necessary parameterized family and maintain project files. Assist management with additional assignments as directed. Job Requirements: Proficient in the following design software: AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks. Computer skills in the use of various Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Attention to detail Effective time management and multi-tasking skills Share valuable information with team members to increase department expertise. Minimum Diploma in Architecture/Civil Engineering/ Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in construction industry Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks. Experienced in production of shop drawings. (specifically Concrete Body Plan and Combined Services Drawing) We offer attractive remuneration package to the right candidate.
