About Antina Operating since 2020, Antina is a joint venture between M1 Ltd and StarHub Mobile Pte Ltd, set up to build and operate a shared Radio Access Network and provide wholesale telecommunication services. By doing so, Antina allows both M1 and StarHub to operate each of their own 5G Mobile Networks and provide 5G Mobile services to their subscribers and various mobile virtual network operators that utilise their mobile networks. PURPOSE The primary role is to manage 3.5GHz/2.1GHz RAN systems in order to meet network performance objectives based on IMDA’s 5G license requirements. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES of the 5G RAN Planning, Optimization and Network Performance team Co‑coordinate and work with StarHub, M1 and System Vendor to deploy the 3.5GHz/2.1GHz RAN equipment to meet acceptance timeline. Monitor 5G network performance KPI and correlate gNB log analysis with performance degradation; use KPI statistics with 3rd‑party crowdsource data/drive‑test logs and propose network insights/recommendations to improve network quality performance. Jointly formulate corrective actions with StarHub and M1 as part of network quality assurance to meet IMDA 5G QoS requirements. Perform 5G end‑to‑end performance analysis and troubleshooting. Develop and oversee monthly network performance and usage reports to ensure compliance with Wholesale and Shareholder Agreement. Propose and implement change requests for any network radio parameters raised by StarHub and M1, including feature implementation, as part of network optimization and enhancement efforts. Manage and maintain an up‑to‑date 5G radio network site database and track change‑request forms. Plan the network evolution roadmap collaboratively with StarHub and M1 to keep the 5G RAN ahead of competition by implementing the latest technology, capability and feature in a timely manner. Plan and organize resiliency audits jointly with StarHub and M1 on 5G RAN systems (including transport network where relevant) to ensure compliance with IMDA 5G license requirements. Plan and support 5G network optimisation activities for major mass events (e.g., NDP/F1/NYE) jointly with StarHub and M1. Jointly develop and evaluate RFx technical requirements with StarHub and M1. Liaise with IMDA on 5G Exploratory Platform (5GEP) deployment requirements such as provision of configuration information for 5GEP infrastructure setup and latest patches for equipment and software. JOB REQUIREMENTS Qualifications: Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, preferably with a specialization in Information‑Communication, Computer Engineering or a related qualification. 7 to 15 years of relevant experience. Technical Skills: Good working knowledge of network measurement post‑processing/coverage planning/OSS (Nokia NetAct) tools. Strong technical knowledge of 5G (SA/NSA) and 4G radio access networks: RF optimisation and planning, including radio capacity planning and radio interference management. Strong understanding of wireless communication systems, specifically 5G architecture, protocols and solutions, with excellent data analytics skills (PowerBI, Tableau) and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel: Power Query, #J-18808-Ljbffr
