FINXFLO is looking for an amazing Finance Director to support our growth

FINXFLO is a MAS regulated crypto brokerage designed to help traders access the best prices with an unparalleled level of transparency and efficiency.

We are looking for passionate analytical, results-driven Finance Director who will be responsible for all finance and accounting-related matters of the Company.

In short, what you will be doing

  • Oversees the accounting and group consolidation of the Group, including statutory reporting and management reporting
  • Performs financial and budgetary control
  • Manages and monitors the cash flow positions
  • Manages overseas outsourced accounting and tax service providers, and ensure the overseas accounts are submitted timely
  • Manages statutory auditors and internal auditor to ensure smooth completion of group financial audit
  • Maintain banking relationships and manages the group’s internet banking systems and banking mandates
  • Manage the Crypto Custodian platform for the Group
  • Implements the new financial software for the Group
  • Ensure compliance with the FRS and regulatory requirements as well as adherence to the company policies and procedures
  • Develops and document business SOPs and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
  • Develop financial and tax strategies including transfer pricing and cross-border tax matters
  • Manage capital and liquidity access of the Group
  • Run budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Advises Finance Managers in accounting and financial matters

What you need to bring along

  • Master Degree in Finance/Accounting or Business Administration
  • CA Singapore is a must
  • At least 8 years of proven working experience as a Finance Director
  • Preferably with Start-Up or Crypto industry experiences
  • Able to manage the function independently
  • Regional experience is preferred
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Taking initiative is a pre-requisite and strong sense of urgency
  • Strong analytical skills and systematic with strong numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Culturally sensitive and positive working attitude
  • Ability to work with people at different levels within the Group
  • Possess a high degree of personal integrity and work ethics and ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • In-depth knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to $12,000.00 per month
