Company: Logistics Provider (Japanese) Location: West Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced Logistics Warehouse Manager with a strong background in e-commerce logistics and fulfilment. This role is critical as they expand the warehouse operations to serve both existing clients and future e-commerce customers. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in e-commerce processes, warehouse optimization, and client management, while leading warehouse teams to deliver day-to-day operational excellence.Key Responsibilities E-Commerce Logistics Development Design and scale e-commerce logistics solutions (fulfilment, inventory, last-mile, returns). Advise management on systems, processes, and partnerships to build a strong framework. Integrate operations with e-commerce platforms, WMS/TMS/ERP, and tracking systems. Develop strategies to handle high-volume, fast-turnaround orders (including peak seasons). Warehouse & Operations Management Oversee warehouse activities: receiving, storage, picking/packing, dispatch. Ensure accuracy, speed, and compliance with SOPs, ISO, and safety standards. Continuously improve warehouse layout, automation, and manpower planning. Track and report KPIs (order accuracy, fulfilment time, inventory turnover). Client Engagement & Business Growth Act as the primary point of contact for key clients. Conduct client meetings to review performance and identify improvements. Draft, review, and negotiate logistics contracts and agreements. Support business growth with tailored logistics and e-commerce solutions. People & Leadership Lead, train, and motivate warehouse supervisors and staff. Set performance targets, enforce discipline, and drive a safety-first culture. Plan workforce deployment to manage fluctuating demand. Strategic & Financial Management Contribute to business planning and investments in e-commerce logistics. Manage warehouse budgets, optimize costs, and implement process improvements. Work with management to position the company as a competitive player in e-commerce logistics. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field. 7-10 years of logistics/warehouse management experience, with 3-5 years in e-commerce logistics/fulfilment. Proven skills in client engagement, contract drafting, and negotiation. Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Amazon) and system integrations (WMS/TMS/ERP). Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Familiarity with ISO, WSH, GDP/GMP, or other compliance standards is an advantage.
