Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Executive who can join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective customers, promoting products/services, and closing sales over the phone while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact potential and existing customers via outbound and inbound calls.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using persuasive communication skills.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s offerings and promotions.
  • Understand customer needs and offer solutions that match their requirements.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in CRM systems.
  • Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Handle objections effectively and close sales professionally.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1–2 years of Sales or Marketing sales experience preferred (freshers with strong communication skills will also be considered).
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Target-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Basic computer literacy and experience using CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
