This programme is designed to develop Unilever’s Future Leaders (UFLs) by providing challenging and purposeful opportunities that accelerate your readiness to take on business leadership roles through multiple job rotations. You will have access to world-class development opportunities in a fast-paced environment, learning from inspiring leaders and colleagues to support your professional and personal growth. In addition to on-the-job learning, you’ll have access to carefully selected learning programmes to build leadership and business skills. You will join Unilever as a Future Leader (UFL) with an invaluable work experience at one of the world’s largest consumer goods companies, with brands such as Sunsilk, Lifebuoy, Comfort, Knorr and Ben & Jerry’s.

What will you be doing?
A strong Supply Chain is crucial to Unilever’s success and sits at the center of our company. Our Supply Chain team is vital in getting goods to customers and consumers—from sourcing raw materials to delivering end products, solving complex problems, and finding innovative answers to new demands in a fast-paced environment.

What do we look for?

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
