Job Description Summary We are looking for an innovative payment professional to join PayPal to drive operations related to global initiatives, incorporating critical fintech and wallet partnerships. The candidate will be supporting PayPal World, which is a bold new platform designed to deepen engagement between merchants, consumers, and wallet partners across global markets. At its core, PayPal World activates a three-sided network fueled by partner co-marketing, merchant presentment, and consumer adoption. The ideal candidate would have a strong background in global payments, including the legal, compliance, and operational governance associated with facilitating cross-border payments. This role demands regional sophistication, ecosystem thinking, and proven experience executing across diverse consumer and regulatory environments. Job Description Essential Responsibilities Lead functional projects and programs to optimize operational processes. Identify issues and recommend best practices for process improvements. Partner with various departments to understand business trends. Drive business or process improvements within the function. Provide oversight and support for planning and management of financial, budget, and headcount targets. Act as a point of contact or liaison between business leadership, staff, and other key partners. Promote transparent reporting and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making by defining key metrics and evaluating progress. Expected Qualifications 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
