Job Summary The Marketing Assistant will support the development and execution of our marketing strategies, with a strong focus on digital content creation, social media management, and promotional activities. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about beauty, wellness, and marketing. Key Responsibilities For this role, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing Strategist Develop and manage engaging content for social media platforms Film, edit, and produce promotional videos and photo content Respond to customer inquiries across various communication channels including social media, WhatsApp, Google, and email Prepare and edit marketing materials such as correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations Generate and analyze marketing performance reports Drive publicity and promotions across both digital and print platforms Manage and grow our online presence through consistent and strategic branding efforts Monitor customer reviews and assist in reputation management to align with our communication objectives Assist in the development, upkeep, and optimization of the company’s website Stay up to date with marketing trends and provide insights to inform future strategies Minimum commitment of 72 hours a month Qualifications & Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools Experience with video and photo editing software is a plus Basic knowledge of website management (e.g. WordPress, Wix) Detail-oriented, creative, and organized Ability to multitask and work independently #J-18808-Ljbffr
