Project Manager – Digital Payments Solutions Why we need you As we expand our digital payments offerings, we need a seasoned leader who can ensure our projects are delivered seamlessly, on time, and to the highest standards. We’re looking for a Project Manager to drive the end-to-end implementation of complex payment solutions for our clients. In this role, you’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and make sure our solutions meet both technical and business expectations. This is a critical position that directly impacts our company’s success in the fast-evolving world of electronic payments. What we would like We’re after someone with strong project leadership, client engagement, and technical know-how — someone who can manage complexity while keeping delivery smooth and transparent. In this role, you’ll: Lead full lifecycle delivery of large-scale digital payment solution projects. Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams. Drive cross-functional coordination, ensuring interfaces, dependencies, and resources are managed effectively. Oversee quality assurance, risk management, and compliance with payment industry standards. Foster strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction through clear communication and reporting. Your keys to success You’ll thrive in this role if you’re a hands-on leader who knows how to balance technical depth with business priorities. You’ll bring: 12+ years’ experience managing complex IT or digital payment solution projects. A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent (or technical degree with 15+ years’ experience). PMP certification (required) with a proven track record in end-to-end project delivery. Strong background in electronic payments, transaction systems, or digital banking platforms.
