We help the world run better Purpose and Objectives The Regional Solution Advisor supports end‑to‑end go‑to‑market (GTM) across sub‑solution areas in the APAC region. The Advisor collaborates with solution area leaders on sales, marketing, partners, and the digital hub to build customer base and drive healthy revenue streams. Responsibilities Design end‑to‑end GTM strategies for sub‑solution areas, providing strategic input for transformation programs. Partner with Partner, Marketing, Digital Hub, Presales, CSM, and Finance teams to create holistic approaches to achieving KPI goals, including revenue and pipeline. Lead overall strategy and planning across the GTM cycle, multi‑year business planning, and financial planning processes. Contribute to the LOB Strategy Document, Growth Priorities, Market Sentiment Reviews, and Board QBRs, delivering marketing documents and demo scripts. Coordinate sales plays, consumption plays, programs, and campaigns, supporting sales play creation with Product Marketing. Serve as the strategic point of contact for CFOs in the region, providing tailored insights aligned to their business priorities. Act as the go‑to expert on market trends and customer needs, translating insights into actionable strategies for GTM priorities, product direction, and customer engagement. Partner with demand management teams to align strategy and ensure a healthy pipeline. Collaborate with local partners to support thought‑leadership events and collateral, and work with Solex partners on sales strategies within sub‑solution areas. Deeply understand customer requirements across industry knowledge and SAP Accounting & Financial Close solution set. Support the evolving EPM strategy in 2026 with the Sub‑Solution Area Lead for Financial Planning & Analysis. Drive in‑region market awareness of solutions across the Accounting & Financial Close portfolio and SAP Business Suite through event presentations, partner engagement, market unit enablement, and thought‑leadership activities. Build a global network of sub‑solution area domain experts across Finance & Spend, sharing knowledge on demand generation, customer success stories, and product and market evolutions. Work in conjunction with regional sales organizations, partners, solution management, value engineering, and consulting services to support lighthouse customer success cases. Qualifications 10+ years of relevant solutions/LOB experience in presales, consulting, or working directly with customers on SAP environments. Professional experience with large, multi‑national software/IT organizations and demonstrated expertise in SAP Finance, SAP Accounting, SAP Financial Close solutions, SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Suite, and Cloud ERP. Strong customer‑facing experience at executive levels and strong presentation skills. Working knowledge of cloud, hosted or managed services, SaaS/PaaS models, and cloud‑based commerce/business networks. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset. MBA or equivalent degree from an accredited university preferred. Executive speaking and presenting (C‑level). Education and Qualification MBA or equivalent degree from an accredited university. Fluency in English; any other language is an asset. Proficiency of the solution portfolio. Executive speaking & presenting (C‑level).
