Key Responsibilities Business Growth Use your industry network and reputation to identify and nurture new opportunities for the agency Lead the creative and strategic response to pitches and proactive proposals. Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior brand and marketing leaders. Partner with the COO to shape our market positioning, credentials, and agency narrative. Represent the agency externally through thought leadership, industry events, and creative showcases to raise visibility and attract opportunity. Creative Leadership Lead the creative direction across key client projects and pitches that are creatively provocative, strategically grounded, and beautifully crafted. Guide local creative teams to produce elevated, world-class work. Shape and present creative concepts with clarity, confidence, and storytelling flair. About You 15+ years’ experience. Proven Creative Director with an exceptional portfolio, coupled with a proven and extensive network.
