Job Summary The Elite Job is seeking a talented and creative Photographer and Videographer to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for capturing stunning visuals that tell compelling stories. Your work will contribute to a wide array of projects, from corporate events and marketing campaigns to social media content and promotional videos. If you have a passion for visual storytelling and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities Photography : Capture high-quality images for various purposes, including marketing materials, events, and social media. Videography : Film, edit, and produce engaging videos that align with our brands vision and messaging. Content Creation : Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop innovative content ideas. Post-Production : Edit and enhance photos and videos using industry-standard software, ensuring all visuals meet our quality standards. Equipment Management : Maintain and manage all photography and videography equipment, ensuring it is in excellent working condition. Client Liaison : Communicate with clients to understand their vision and ensure their expectations are met. Trend Monitoring : Stay updated with the latest photography and videography trends and techniques to continually enhance the quality of our work. Required Skills and Qualifications Proficiency in photography and videography, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Expertise in using professional cameras, lighting equipment, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro). Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and color theory. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling through visual media. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in photography and videography, preferably in a professional setting. Proven experience in editing and producing videos for various platforms (e.g., YouTube, social media). Experience working with clients and understanding their needs and expectations. Working Hours Full-time position with flexible working hours, including the possibility of evenings and weekends, depending on project requirements. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of the latest trends in photography and videography. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Ability to take constructive feedback and make necessary adjustments.
