Overview At Nanyang Technological University, we are seeking a Neuroimaging Technologist to support our state-of-the-art neuroimaging facilities at the Cognitive Neuroimaging Centre (CoNiC). This position offers the opportunity to work closely with cutting-edge neuroimaging technologies and contribute to groundbreaking research in the field of neuroscience. Responsibilities Manage the scheduling and rescheduling of MRI, EEG, fNIRS, TMS and MEG bookings; oversee data collection and quality assurance for EEG, MEG, fNIRS and fMRI projects. Provide technical support for experimental setups and participant preparation; troubleshoot technical issues with neuroimaging equipment. Ensure efficient use of equipment, maintain accurate records of bookings, data collection and equipment maintenance; contribute to data integrity through QA protocols. Collaborate with researchers and the Assistant Director to promote multimodal neuroimaging; engage with hospitals and schools for outreach programs. Conduct training sessions for new users on equipment use and safety; assist with updating the CoNiC website and reporting on equipment utilization. Organise meetings with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration; undertake ad-hoc tasks as required. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Imaging/radiography or equivalent. 3 to 5 years of experience. Able to perform MRI scans. Good-to-haves Familiarity with functional neuroimaging programming tools such as E-Prime and Psychopy. Experience with image processing software for functional neuroimaging. Hands-on experience in teaching activities involving EEG, fNIRS, TMS and MEG equipment. Experience supporting neuroimaging data analysis and exposure to advanced analytical techniques. Additional Opportunities Training on specialised equipment, including MEG, will be provided. Collaborative environment to advance neuroimaging research at NTU.
