Job Scope:- Handle patient registration and front counter duties
- Assist with appointment coordination and enquiries
- Support patient flow in Emergency Department
- Provide frontline customer service to patients and NOKs
- Perform basic administrative duties
- Open to all backgrounds (training provided)
- Comfortable with shift work
