Key Responsibilities Maintenance and preparation of proper accounting records, including management reports, financial statements, and other information reports, in adherence to company policies and accounting procedures Work closely with Subsidiary Finance on monthly financial performance reporting, highlight key variances and conduct investigations of exceptions Timely and accurate submission of financial and management reports to key stakeholders Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements, IFRS, MAS, tax and all other regulatory bodies Perform monthly trade/bank and revenue reconciliation and manage reconciling items Work closely with IT and Data teams to formulate solutions that lead to long term benefits for the business and team Manage and lead all tax-related matters including provision and compliance process, and review of tax returns and risk Contribute and implement financial system and accounting procedural improvements Establishment of and maintenance of appropriate internal control safeguards Interact with other Department Heads to provide consultative support to planning through financial and management information analysis Represent the finance team of the company internally and externally to auditors, tax agents, government agencies, funding agencies and the investors. Assist in forecasting and budgeting Assist with other ad hoc projects and duties as assigned Desired Skill Set and Attributes Degree in Finance or Accounting, minimum 3-6 years of experience in auditing or accounting position, preferably Big 4 firm and a CA/CPA Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and hands‑on experience in accounting software Professional written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin Strong attention to details, ensuring accuracy and completeness Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure Proactive with strong sense of responsibility and urgency Good and effective interpersonal skills Why Us?
