Roles & Responsibilities Strategic Procurement Management: Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with organizational goals, optimize sourcing, and mitigate risks. Supplier & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure collaboration and value delivery. Process Improvement & Innovation: Drive process enhancements, modernize systems, and implement digital tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Team Leadership & Talent Development: Lead, inspire, and develop the procurement team, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration. Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies across all procurement activities. Key Requirements Recognised Degree or equivalent professional procurement qualification / experience. Minimum 10 years of relevant procurement experience. Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proactive, customer‑focused, and committed to continuous learning and development.
