RESPONSIBILITIES We are looking for an experienced Principal AI Scientist with solid knowledge and experience on developing AI/ML algorithms & conducting researches, to accelerate incubation and delivery of new AI/ML based media and business capabilities. You will work with a team to research, experiment, and build AI/ML models & algorithms utilizing various data sources. You will be one of the problem solvers who use technology to address complex business needs. Responsibilities Lead the continuous development of advanced analytics and AI/ML capabilities, including Gen AI, Language Models and Agentic AI workflows. Implement scalable and robust AI/ML systems computing on large volumes of datasets using a variety of Data Science technologies End to end involvement in AI/ML projects from design, data processing, development, implementation, documentation, validation and optimization Conduct research on AI/ML publications and be able to validate and implement according to local data and business needs Work closely with stakeholders to ensure high standards of AI & Data governance during implementation QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields 5+ years of hands on AI Scientist experience on building production-grade AI models and products Excellence in algorithms, data structure, discrete math, and distributed computing Excellence software development capabilities, preferably in Python Strong knowledge on Cloud Infrastructure, Kubernetes, Docker, GPU, TensorFlow, PyTorch or other AI/ML framework and libraries Strong knowledge on SQL and/or NoSQL database Experience working in Gen AI, LLM, and agentic AI is a strong plus Experience working in multiple languages (English, Chinese, Malay, Hindi etc) processing is a strong plus Experience working in Media & Entertainment industry is a strong plus Excellent communication and collaboration skills Self-directed, ability to work independently and research innovative solutions to technical and business problems Please note that your application will be sent to and reviewed by the direct employer - Mediacorp Pte.
