Our Unmanned & Integrated Systems business offers holistic solutions in system engineering and integration. We pioneer maritime robotics and autonomy solutions, provide system integration for complex naval and island air defence System-of-Systems (SoS), and take care of the operation and maintenance of Command, Control, Communications, Computers Intelligence (C4I) systems. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant / USV (Unmanned Surface Vessel) Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of USVs. This role requires a strong background in networking, software, and digital services.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of naval systems to ensure optimal performance
• Provide technical support and training to customers and end-users
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in unmanned systems and maritime technologies
• Willingness to adopt new technologies , including AI, machine learning, and automation tools

Qualities We Value

• Knowledge in Electronics Engineering / Digital and Network Engineering or related fields
• Working knowledge and experience on electronics systems such as radars, communications, and weapon systems will be an advantage
• Proficiency in networking concepts and digital services
• Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on naval systems
• Ability to assess situations, identify issues, and develop effective solutions
• Adaptability, curiosity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation
• Ex-RSN personnel with experience in electronics systems will be an advantage
• Experience in electrical works is a bonus
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good teamwork and discipline.
