Your Opportunity

ED, AI Governance (GDMO) – This is the broad job description of the job profile. Definitive job description should be reviewed and discussed between you and your manager.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of AI governance across the Group, designing, implementing, and overseeing governance frameworks for AI, including Generative AI and Agentic AI.
  • Drive the operationalisation of the Group's model and AI inventory, maintaining comprehensive documentation and audit trails.
  • Monitor and back-test guardrails for use cases (Gen AI and Agentic models) to identify biases and fairness issues and ensure governance benchmarks are met.
  • Collaborate with model development teams to embed robust guardrails and compliance controls throughout the AI lifecycle.
  • Partner with independent validators, auditors, and regulators to ensure smooth compliance and swift resolution of model findings.
  • Stay ahead of evolving AI regulations and best practices, continually elevating governance standards.
  • Act as a catalyst for change, fostering a culture of AI governance excellence across the Group.
  • Participate in related department projects as part of BAU activities.
Who You Are
  • 10–15 years of relevant experience in AI governance, model risk management, or a related field, preferably with hands-on experience in implementing Generative AI, Large Language Models, Agentic AI, or AI guardrails.
  • Proficiency with leading machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • Experience deploying and maintaining Gen AI and Agentic AI solutions in production environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent communication abilities to engage with senior leadership.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes.
  • Collaborative team player who can also drive initiatives independently.
  • Willingness to embrace new challenges in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
