Exciting opportunity to join a new joint venture organisation as a Head of QA & Testing in Singapore.

This role is based in Singapore, kindly note that only candidates currently working in Singapore will be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement scalable QA strategies that blend manual and automated testing for high-assurance system delivery.

  • Lead the planning and execution of risk-based testing approaches to catch issues early and strengthen system integrity.

  • Manage and mentor a team of QA engineers, promoting continuous learning and strong engineering standards.

  • Integrate testing practices into CI/CD workflows, working closely with developers and operations teams for seamless delivery.

  • Explore and apply innovative testing techniques, including AI-based automation and analytics-driven quality insights.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in software/system testing, with strong knowledge of QA methodologies and tools.

  • Solid grasp of Agile, DevOps, and continuous integration principles, especially as they relate to testing automation.

  • Demonstrated leadership in QA team management and setting up best-in-class quality engineering practices.

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a focus on driving quality across the SDLC.
