We are looking for a motivated F&B Operations Management Trainee to join our team. We are a well-established and growing upscale F&B group with over 50 restaurant outlets across Singapore. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about building a career in F&B operations and outlet management.
Through a structured rotational program, you will gain hands-on exposure in guest service, daily outlet operations, POS systems, team coordination, and operational leadership development.
Job Duties:Greet and serve guests warmly and professionally
Present menu items and explain ingredients and preparation methods
Use POS systems and manage table reservations (e.g., Chope, Inline)
Set up and close the restaurant, including daily opening and closing checklists
Learn and understand all outlet functions and operations
Oversee smooth daily operations and maintain strong product knowledge
Support outlet operations and contribute ideas for service improvement
Assist manager with daily tasks, implementation of policies, and team guidance
Attend to customer needs and ensure a positive dining experience and guest satisfaction
General degree holders or experienced candidates in related fields
Strong interest in operations and willingness to undergo structured training
Good verbal and written communication skills
Customer-focused with confidence and leadership potential
