Job Description As a Director in our AI Consulting Practice, you will play a pivotal role in developing and expanding our AI consulting services across the Asia Pacific region. You will contribute not only to AI consulting delivery, but also to developing thought leadership by creating consulting practice materials, such as set‑plays, pitch decks, and whitepapers. Collaborating closely with Visa’s Intelligence & Data Science teams and leveraging Visa's products and solutions in the AI space, you will build solutions that drive client growth and success. Additionally, you will develop industry landscape evaluations and best practices to inform strategic decisions. This role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies, trends, and best practices, and the ability to translate these into actionable consulting strategies. Key Responsibilities Lead project delivery of AI advisory engagements across Asia Pacific, including preparation of client proposals and project plans. Drive business development by identifying opportunities, managing scope and deliverables, and building and incorporating Agentic AI use cases with clients. Support local market business development and project delivery. Develop thought leadership, set‑plays, and solution assets to scale reach and impact within Visa’s market teams. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager. Qualifications Minimum 12 years of consulting and/or tech experience with a significant focus on AI technologies, or at least 8 years of experience with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters/MBA). Outstanding problem‑solving and strategic thinking skills. Solid grasp of Agentic AI principles and architecture, with ability to engage credibly with AI engineers and technical stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply emerging Agentic AI trends to strategic initiatives across industries such as consumer financial services, commerce, and B2B transactions. Strong financial acumen and understanding of profitability drivers of financial institutions. Ability to translate strategy into internal and external narratives and connect the dots between product development, strategy, operating plans, execution, data‑driven insights, business acumen, and finance. Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across multiple levels and organizations. Strong executive presence and discipline. Additional Information Visa is an EEO Employer.
