Responsibilities Collaborate with customers and product owners to gather business requirements, design, develop, test, deploy and document automation workflows Develop and maintain web-based applications using the .NET framework Create, develop functional requirement document, technical design document, user manual, test cases Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code Adopt development best practices to improve overall code quality, readability, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards as well as consistency in error handling Optimize application performance and scalability Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in web development Prepare test scripts for end-to-end testing / User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Conduct end-to-end testing, execute UAT with customer Thoroughly test packages in the hosting/deployment environments, and manage the overall testing cycle Deploy and maintain applications to production environments Provide L1 – L3 support to existing applications, review and improve documentation, and implement change requests according to incident priority and SLA Analyze and determine root causes of issues, and problem-solve day-to-day application issues with timely responses within SLA Adhere to Incident, Problem and Change Management guidelines Work under guidance from an Architect and Lead, taking direction on projects while also able to work independently and escalate as needed Requirements Minimum a Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related discipline 3-4 years of experience in .NET development Strong proficiency in C# Experience with front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap Strong understanding of database design and SQL Experience with ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or React Understanding of software development best practices such as Agile, TDD, and CI/CD Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues Experience deploying .NET applications to IIS and managing Hands-on experience with Power Platform or related components is an advantage, especially Power Apps, AI Builder or Power Automate Knowledge of RPA (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere or Power Automate) is advantageous Other Requirements Meet agreed deadlines with demonstrable productivity Ability to work in culturally diverse and inclusive environments Capable of implementing product development and lifecycle Flexibility in scheduling with willingness to work extra non-standard hours if required Willing and able to travel 50% or more (domestic, regional and international) with increasing responsibilities as business expands Why Join Us At ABeam Consulting, we place a strong emphasis on collaboration, and helping our employees grow and develop their skills, offering a supportive and empowering work environment.
