Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Building and Construction/ Manufacturing (Furniture) Position Title: Contracts Manager/ Senior Quantity Surveyor Working Location: Mandai Estate Working Hours: 5 Days (Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm) Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus + Medical & Dental Benefits Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Manage the full spectrum of contract administration and quantity surveying activities from pre- to post-contract stages Maintain systematic and accurate records of contracts, correspondence, and related documentation Track key contractual obligations, project deliverables, timelines, and milestones Oversee contract management including progress payments, variation orders, claims, final accounts, and related correspondences Monitor project budgets and expenditures, manage cost changes, and generate regular cost reports for management review Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and clients to resolve contractual matters and disputes Ensure compliance with contract terms, company policies, and statutory requirements Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QS team members and contribute to departmental growth APPLY NOW Qualifications Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or a related discipline Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record in a senior or managerial capacity within the construction industry Experience in handling contractual issues on medium to large-scale or public sector projects Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Project) A team player with a proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively How to Apply Kindly apply through ANY of the following methods: Submit your application by clicking the APPLY button; Email your resume to Please indicate #77898 on the email subject.
