Jewelery Advisor / Specialist ( Luxury Brand ) X 20 Job Description

Job summary

Reowned Jewelery Group is looking for talented specialists to join their teams due to mass expansion all around Singapore.

• Provide professional and courteous service to all customers.
• Handle customer feedbacks, in the most appropriate manner, with operational guidelines.
• Greet and interact with all customers to determine their individual needs when they enter the store.
• Answers incoming calls as per operations standard.
• Perform sales transactions.
• Handle all payment.
• Proactively utilize strategic selling and customer excellence skills to achieve or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.

• Housekeeping of the store.
• Maintain outstanding store appearance and visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure stocks are displayed and merchandised in a timely and attractive manner at all times.

• Assist in stock documentation.
• Assist with simple procurement for the store stationery, printing papers, ordering receipts for printing, pantry supplies.

• Possess friendly, approachable and engaging personality
• Must be willing to work on retail hours, weekend and public holiday
• Min qualification: Singapore O level equivalent. With relevant experience could be considered for Senior Sales Advisor role
• Must be willing to travel in to Singapore for interview
• Open to candidates from Fast or Sports Fashion
