Role Overview We are seeking a physician deeply aligned with Lifestyle Medicine and longevity-focused care. Beyond clinical excellence, this role requires leadership, innovation, and partnership in shaping how medicine interacts with movement, technology, coaching, and the client journey. You Will Lead clinical standards of Lifestyle Medicine across our medical and lifestyle zones Co‑design protocols, group programs and shared medical appointments Collaborate across functions to build an evidence‑based, patient‑centred ecosystem Clinical Care & Delivery Provide patient‑centred care using evidence‑based Lifestyle Medicine principles Conduct comprehensive assessments integrating diagnostics, biometrics, behaviour patterns Interpret advanced diagnostics for early detection and personalised interventions Ensure compliance with MOH, SMC, HSA standards Program Development & Cross‑Functional Collaboration Co‑create Lifestyle Medicine Group Programs and shared medical appointments Work closely with allied health to deliver integrated care Ensure evidence‑based integrity of programs Leadership, Training & Culture Train and mentor junior doctors and allied health teams Lead clinical case discussions and continuous improvement Model MORROW's Operating Principles Tech, Digital Health & AI Enablement Partner with Tech/Product teams to develop app and care flows Contribute to automation, telemedicine workflows, digital education pathways Ensure digital tools improve adherence and experience Commercial Strategy, P&L Contribution & Efficiency Work closely with GM and Finance on commercial targets and optimisation Improve efficiency and reduce cost through planning and scheduling Support data collection and clinical outcomes reporting Patient Experience & Continuous Improvement Ensure excellence across the entire patient journey Track outcomes, satisfaction, adherence metrics Identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities Requirements Possess a basic degree in medicine (MBBS or an equivalent qualification) from an accredited medical school that is registered with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) is mandatory Candidates who hold a full registration with the SMC will be prioritised. Conditionally licensed doctors with Lifestyle Medicine experience may also apply (please indicate in your application) Higher or postgraduate medical qualification that is registrable with SMC (e.g., MRCGP, MMed (FM), GDFM) is highly desirable Willing to obtain board certification by the International Board of Lifestyle Medicine (DipIBLM) Demonstrated interest or track record in preventive, lifestyle‑focused care including managing chronic conditions Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm, calm, and empathetic approach Familiarity and proficiency with electronic medical records systems (EMR) is required, including doing telehealth consults on CMS platforms Knowledge to follow MOH‑issued Clinical Practice Guidelines (CPGs) for chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension), and facilitate chronic disease prevention and reversal, particularly when lifestyle interventions are first‑line recommendations Following closely to the SMC ethical code and guidelines on informed consent, medical confidentiality, evidence‑based practice, avoiding conflicts of interest, proper advertising and patient communication Benefits A leadership role in shaping the operational strategy of a global wellness brand Cross‑functional collaboration with leaders across medicine, fitness, and hospitality A culture of mindful execution, continuous learning, and meaningful contribution A clear pathway to senior leadership opportunities as we expand regionally A work environment rooted in our CITE promises: Connection, Impact, Trust, Empowerment Why Join Us This is a career‑defining opportunity to shape the future of lifestyle and longevity medicine while working alongside world‑class clinicians and technologists.
