Lead the forefront of innovative solutions analysis in a dynamic tech environment, driving success through expertise in data analytics and technical program delivery. As a Lead Solutions Analyst in the Commercial and Investment Banking (CIB) Technology - Payments Technology team, you will play a central role in driving the success of our technical program delivery. Your deep understanding of applications, platforms, and products will position you as a key bridge between product owners, business, operations, and software developers. Utilizing advanced analytical reasoning and technical fluency, you will translate complex business requirements into well‑structured and technically feasible solutions. You will make data‑informed decisions and provide strategic insights to support key business initiatives. As a solution analyst, you'll navigate ambiguity, manage change effectively, and communicate compellingly with diverse stakeholder audiences to ensure the highest quality and professionalism in service delivery. Job Responsibilities Lead the elicitation, documentation, and validation of business and data flow requirements, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and functional and technical feasibility. Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to provide strategic guidance and innovative solutions for complex projects. Model the design and implementation of functional and technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure. Build functional solutions which meet business requirements of ongoing Cross border and Real Time Payment initiatives and follow ISO CBPR+ standards. Prepare detailed interface mapping documents and static data that meet all the solutions and business requirements. Review the solutions and interface mapping documents with business and technology stakeholders to ensure alignment with customer expectations and business needs. Ensure the overall quality of functional solutions and interface mapping documents follow standard practices across the program in the bank. Assist the business with onboarding UAT, including test case preparation, planning, communication, and close tracking of activities. Work proactively with fellow BAs and other team members, ensuring work is proportionally distributed and targets are met. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Formal training or certification of business analysis concepts and 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in functional program delivery, or a related field. Proven ability to apply functional fluency in current and relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies to drive innovative solutions. Strong track record of leading through change, navigating ambiguous situations, and managing dependencies in complex projects. Extensive knowledge in ISO 20022 messaging and strong experience in MX messages is required. Extensive experience in Cross Border Payments delivery across the markets is required. About Us J.P.
