For more information, visit.As the Lead Product Owner - Facilities, you will play a critical role in defining and delivering the vision, strategy, and execution of facility-related digital products and solutions. Reporting to Digital Manufacturing Maintenance pillar lead, you will lead the product lifecycle from ideation to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational excellence**Key Responsibilities*** Define and own the product vision and roadmap for facility-related digital solutions.* Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact and stakeholder feedback.* Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.* Collaborate with engineering, IT, and operations teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.* Oversee backlog management and ensure Agile best practices are followed.* Act as the primary point of contact for facility product initiatives.* Communicate product value, progress, and outcomes to leadership and key stakeholders.* Facilitate workshops and discussions to capture requirements and drive consensus.* Foster partnerships with vendors and technology providers for innovative solutions, including AI-driven predictive maintenance and facility control tower capabilities.**Other Responsibilities**Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.**Required Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.* 6+ years of experience in product management or ownership, preferably in facility or industrial domains.* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development frameworks.* Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.* Analytical mindset with ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.**Preferred Qualifications*** Experience with IoT, smart facility solutions, or digital manufacturing platforms.* Familiarity with cloud technologies and data analytics tools.* Product Owner certification (e.g., CSPO) or Agile-related certifications.GlobalFoundries is an equal opportunity employer, cultivating a diverse and inclusive workforce.
