Job Responsibilities Conduct research and development of chemical processes and products. Analyze and interpret data from laboratory experiments and tests. Develop and optimize chemical formulations and processes. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development. Prepare technical reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to chemical processes. Stay updated with the latest advancements in chemical technology and industry trends. Job Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the chemical industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software for data analysis. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations in the chemical industry.
