To help us build upon our success, we are seeking a Data Scientist to contribute in improving our search system performance and scalability. The position reports to the Head of Algorithm and will work in close conjunction with the Product, Algorithm/Data Science, and various Engineering teams. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Understand complex real-world problems and leverage domain knowledge to develop reliable models Strategize ways of constructing training datasets that are representative, diverse and free of bias Continuously review model performance with sharp analytical skills, identify potential issues and improve them iteratively Optimize workflows and processes, as well as develop useful tools to boost the efficiency and scalability of routine tasks Provide requirements for new or existing internal tools to improve internal analytical capabilities, pipelines and platforms Be an expert in communicating insights and recommendations to audiences of varying levels of technical sophistication YOU ARE A PERFECT FIT IF YOU HAVE Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field At least 2 years of experience with building machine learning and predictive model Familiar with Python is a must Familiar with essential data science libraries, including Pandas, Numpy, Scipy , Scikit-Learn and Matplotlib Sound knowledge of popular deep learning frameworks , such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, MXNet, Caffe, etc Strong problem-solving mindset, down-to-earth attitude, passion for machine learning and everlasting curiosity to learn BONUS POINTS FOR Excellent communication skills — able to present their findings and models to senior stakeholders Have experience in deploying models and systems into production environments Have knowledge of golang Have experience with developing Deep Learning Models for images and texts Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Fluent in Data Visualization What We Offer The opportunity to be at the forefront of AI-first eCommerce Search & Product Discovery A fast-paced and dynamic work environment with a focus on innovation and growth Competitive salary and benefits package The chance to work with a talented and passionate team Make a real impact on a product that is transforming the ecommerce industry Join us and help us empower the future of eCommerce Here’s why you should join Rezolve Ai … Why Join Rezolve Ai?
