How you will spend your time As a Mobile Architect, you will work in interdisciplinary teams, take the technical lead in the project from kick‑off to rollout, and maintain a close exchange with the project leadership team and client stakeholders. You want to make an impact – Whether they are financial apps used by millions every day, support physicians through the visualization of complex medical data, or quality assurance through machine learning in manufacturing: You are responsible for innovative mobile applications in diverse industries that boost your clients' businesses and offer an excellent end‑user experience. Communication is your strength – To be able to build great software products, you develop a deep understanding of client domains and the project requirements. You win, inspire, and motivate your project team and the customers for ideas, and collaborate with your clients as a business partner at eye level. You keep a cool head even in challenging situations and know how to gain the necessary trust at all levels from developer to senior management. You like to share your knowledge – As a coach and leader, you are a role model and mentor for your teammates. With your leadership and consulting skills, you independently bring challenging customer mandates to success and become a central partner for our clients who competently advise them on a wide range of mobile app development issues. What is important to us After your technical degree, ideally in computer science, you have already worked for several years as a software developer and architect in mobile projects. You have experience in the development of mobile apps in challenging projects. You can set up and implement appropriate architectures on your own as well as in a team, and you also have experience in the DevOps area. Your architecture decisions are significantly influenced by non‑functional requirements combined with economic considerations and you know what concrete effects your architecture decisions have on the code level. Whether your preferred development stack is based on Swift or Kotlin/JetPack, you also know and appreciate the benefits of cross‑platform technologies and have already gained experience with Flutter and Kotlin Multiplatform. Experience in best practices and technologies for connected devices (e.g. Bluetooth, IoT Cloud SDKs) is a bonus.
