    About Our Client
    This role is responsible for full pre and post contract management in construction projects, including procurement, tender analysis, contract reviews, cost reporting, claims, and subcontractor management, while ensuring compliance with company protocols. The ideal candidate should be skilled in contract management and quantity surveying, and able to represent the company professionally to clients on all contractual matters.
    Job Description
    • Oversee the full spectrum of pre- and post-contract activities.
    • Compile and present weekly and monthly reports covering costs, reconciliations, and accruals.
    • Lead procurement processes, evaluate tender submissions, and recommend preferred contractors to management.
    • Review contracts and negotiate terms with both clients and subcontractors.
    • Manage and issue notices related to contractual time bars.
    • Ensure strict compliance with the Group's Contract Management framework and procedures.
    • Represent the Company in a professional manner when handling clients on matters such as insurance, EOT, variations, claims, and account submissions, driving these to mutually agreeable outcomes.
    • Supervise and engage sub-subcontractors fairly and effectively.
    • Demonstrate solid knowledge of both local and international standard forms of contracts.
    • The position requires a self-driven professional with strong expertise in contract management and quantity surveying, and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.

    The Successful Applicant
    • Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in managing construction contracts within civil engineering projects in Singapore.
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in contract and cost management.
    • A detail-oriented and organised approach to work.
    • The ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
