We are representing a fast-growing cybersecurity solutions innovator headquartered in Asia . This company specializes in advanced threat detection, incident response, and managed security services (MSS/MDR) for enterprise clients across industries such as finance, telecommunications, and government.
With a strong R&D foundation and partnerships with global technology leaders, this company is transforming the cybersecurity landscape by delivering scalable, AI-driven security solutions. Their Singapore office is a key strategic hub, and they are now seeking an experienced General Manager to spearhead growth, drive operational excellence, and shape the company's regional strategy.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute business strategies aligned with the company's vision and long-term growth plans.
- Lead market expansion and account growth initiatives, identifying and securing opportunities across enterprise, government, and regulated sectors.
- Oversee P&L management, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.
- Build a high-performance sales and technical team, setting clear goals and driving results.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to align solution offerings with client needs.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, forums, and partner events to strengthen brand presence.
- Drive compliance with regulatory frameworks, cybersecurity standards, and governance requirements.
- Build strategic alliances with technology vendors and channel partners to scale delivery capabilities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, offering tailored cybersecurity strategies.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- 10+ years of leadership experience, with at least 5 years in cybersecurity or technology.
- Proven ability to manage P&L, scale operations, and deliver double-digit growth.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity threats, risk management, and regulatory environments.
- Demonstrated success in enterprise sales, partnerships, and go-to-market leadership.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Comfortable leading in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
- Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only.
