Main purpose of the role : You will play a key role in advising on and managing primary and secondary investments across a variety of fund structures. You will work closely with the internal teams and external stakeholders, taking ownership of transactions and running deals independently. Advise on and manage primary investments into private equity, venture capital, and other alternative funds. Lead secondary transactions, including fund interest sales and portfolio transfers. Draft, review, and negotiate fund documentation (e.g., LPAs, subscription agreements, transfer agreements). Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (e.g., AIFMD, MiFID II). Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to execute transactions seamlessly. Person specification : We are looking for someone with 5–10+ years PQE in funds law, with strong expertise in primary and secondary investments.
