Head of Wholesale, NEA (VIP) OKX is seeking an experienced business development professional to lead our commercial activities in NEA. We prioritize applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore and do not require visa sponsorship. Role Overview As Head of Wholesale, you will be responsible for leading the commercial strategy for NEA, driving growth through partnerships and key client development. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategy for OKX in NEA. Formulate revenue strategy and optimisation based on product offerings. Work closely with executive leadership to contribute to overall strategic direction. Lead partnership work in NEA, identifying and negotiating with right partners. Manage relationships with key clients, ensuring positive customer experience. Drive cross‑functional focus on customer outcomes, value and experience. Build strong alignment between sales, marketing, product, finance and other business areas. Analyse market trends and customer insights to inform strategic decision and product innovation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Minimum 10 years of experience in Crypto or traditional finance, with significant leadership experience. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful commercial strategies in derivatives space. Strong understanding of futures and options products, market dynamics, data and indices. Understanding of NEA crypto and finance regulatory environments. Highly sociable, confident, commercially‑minded communicator. Exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and market expansion. Ability to navigate complex negotiations and forge strong relationships with clients and partners.
