Marketing & Events Executive (Entry Level)

Restaurant & Cocktail Bar

1. Marketing Support
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote the restaurant, cocktail bar, and events.
  • Manage social media content scheduling, posting, and community engagement under guidance from the Marketing Manager/Director.
  • Help capture and curate content (photos/videos) for digital platforms.
  • Support in creating promotional materials (posters, EDMs, menus, flyers).
2. Events Coordination
  • Assist in planning and executing in-house events (theme nights, seasonal launches, guest shifts, cocktail masterclasses, etc.).
  • Support corporate and private event bookings, liaising with clients and internal teams.
  • Handle event logistics such as décor, guest lists, table settings, and AV coordination.
  • Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations.
3. Partnerships & Public Relations
  • Help coordinate collaborations with lifestyle brands, influencers, and media.
  • Assist in organizing media tastings and influencer experiences.
  • Monitor press and social media mentions, compiling coverage reports.
4. Customer Engagement
  • Support customer loyalty initiatives such as newsletters, VIP communications, and membership perks.
  • Assist in responding to online reviews and feedback to maintain a positive brand image.
  • Help track guest preferences and insights to improve customer experience.
5. Administration & Reporting
  • Assist in maintaining marketing databases, media lists, and event calendars.
  • Track campaign performance (social media growth, event attendance, promotions) and prepare simple reports.
  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing and events team.

Key Skills & Requirements (Entry-Level)

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Events, Communications, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; prior internship or part-time hospitality experience is a plus.
  • Interest in food, cocktails, and hospitality culture.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work evenings or weekends when events are scheduled.
