We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative AI Engineer to spearhead the design and implementation of Generative AI solutions that enhance automation and optimize costs across our product lines. If you’re passionate about cutting-edge AI technologies, LLM workflows and deploying real-world solutions using tools like LangChain and AWS Bedrock, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact.

What You’ll Do
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models including Generative AI and transformer-based NLP models to enhance product features and streamline operations.
  • Translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Seamlessly integrate Generative AI models into existing platforms and business workflows, ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Drive efficiency by optimizing models for cost, speed and accuracy in production environments.
  • Continuously monitor, evaluate and enhance the performance of AI solutions.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI , NLP , machine learning and LLM orchestration frameworks .
  • Document all processes, methodologies, and model development practices to support ongoing knowledge sharing and system maintainability.
  • Work on integrating AI-driven automation into IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms to improve service efficiency.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an AI Engineer or similar role, with successful deployment of AI and Generative AI models in production environments.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (preferred), Java, or C++.
  • Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow , PyTorch , scikit-learn ).
  • Strong skills in data preprocessing, feature engineering and model evaluation.
  • Experience working with cloud AI/ML services , especially on AWS (including AWS Bedrock ).
  • In-depth understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and transformer-based architectures .
  • Hands-on experience with LangChain or similar LLM orchestration tools.
  • Familiarity with ITSM platforms and integrating AI automation into service workflows.
  • Strong analytical, communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with other cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, GCP).
  • Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools for continuous AI delivery.
