Develop project plans, office layouts, establish timelines and budgets, and coordinate resources. Prepare specifications and bill of quantities for tenders and quotations. Work closely with Procurement and Legal Departments for tender/quotation execution and award of renovation projects. Manage contractors and supervise works to ensure they are executed in accordance with project requirements, timelines and budgets. What are we looking for We value the diverse talents and experiences that each individual brings to the table. While mastery of every requirement may not be necessary, familiarity and expertise in some of the following areas will position you for success within this team. Relevant experience in renovation project management with hands-on experience managing projects from conception to completion. Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD software for project documentation and design work. Experience in office space planning, interior design and electrical works would be advantageous. Have experience in preparing specifications, managing tenders, and coordinating with procurement processes. Communicates effectively, both in writing and speaking. Works independently and manages priorities effectively. Adaptable and resourceful in handling different tasks and challenges. The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences.Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs.
